The canned beverage production line mainly includes: water treatment equipment, beverage mixing system, empty can feeding machine, can washing-filling-sealing machine, can warming machine, (sleeve labeling machine), blow dryer, can turning machine, code Machine, PE film heat shrink packaging machine or carton packaging machine.

The carbonated drink mixing processing plant

Single tank carbonator, double tank carbonator, high ratio carbonator.

Syrup mixing, drinks cooling and CO2 mixing system:

Carbonated beverages are mainly composed of water, syrup, and carbon dioxide. The syrup is made through the sugar pot and the mixing tank. After filtration, it is pumped into the syrup tank in the carbonated drink mixer. At the same time, the sterilized finished water is also pumped into the beverage mixer. The water tank is vacuum degassed to facilitate the mixing of carbon dioxide. Through the proportioning system on the beverage mixer, the water and syrup are mixed in proportion to achieve the desired taste, and our mixer incorporates carbon dioxide jet technology, The sandy taste of the beverage is equivalent to Coca-Cola, and the mixed materials are cooled by a plate heat exchanger, where the other end of the plate heat exchanger is mainly connected with a water chiller (cold water is provided, with antifreeze added, and the water outlet temperature is -3℃ -8°C adjustable) connection, we will select the chiller based on the user’s local climatic conditions. Through this heat exchange method, the material can be cooled to 0°C～3°C and fed into the beverage mixer. The carbon dioxide mixing tank can dissolve carbon dioxide into the material under the control of proper pressure to make carbonated beverages with ideal gas lock capacity.

Can feeding conveyor:

With wide conveying, a lot of cans can be placed on the conveying platform at one time. It is located in the front section of the production line, and a cart can be used to manually push the empty cans onto the conveying platform. The wide conveying platform is vertical to the single-row conveying, and the chaotic cans will be passed through the single-row conveying one by one.

Can washing machine:

This can washer is horizontal revolution type can washer; One end of the cabinet is entrance of the cans, usually it do not need to work together with unpiler. After the cans loading, they will be reversed 90 degree and pass the cabinet with motor transsimmision pushing when can mouth face to ground. The cabinet is inside set with 12 pcs of shower to spray water inside the cans to wash. After washing, the cans will be reversed again 90 degree to loaded on conveyor connected to filler. The cabinet is connected with pump for water discharge. And the cabinet is with checking winder to check if any problem happen inside and water collection tray. 12 heads can filling machine:

Hydraulic cylinder: The machine adopts equal pressure filling. The isostatic filling machine first inflates the packaging container to make the internal gas pressure equal to the gas pressure in the liquid storage tank, and then fills the liquid into the filling equipment in the packaging container. Filling valve: The machine adopts a measuring cup type quantitative filling valve with high filling precision.The liquid flows down the bottle wall during filling, which effectively controls the foam caused by liquid impact during filling and prevents liquid spillage. Control button: The host adopts advanced control technology, and the main electrical components and pneumatic components are world famous brand products. Filling is very stable, and the liquid will not leak or bubble.

Single head can sealing machine:

Cans will go to the can sealing machine through conveyor. The dia plate will turn the cans under lid loading head , the lid will be loaded on can mouth automatically with the can body triggering. With the motor driven energy, the can which already be loaded with lid will go forward to sealing position. With the lifting cam, the sealing head can go up and down when cans come and go. The sealing head will go down to press on the can when the cans come; The sealing head are composed with 4 groups of sealing wheels around one circle, the 4 groups of wheels will turn rapidly together with sealing head in the same direction to process sealing job. The whole system will finish edge rolling job. The sealing wheels are in 2 step sealing model to make sure the the can edge and lid edge close tightly. Then the sealed can will be suitable for all kinds of liquid, no leakage. The machine adopts drehstrom asynchronous motor Y802-4 at 1390r/min, with deceleration by triangle belt pulley and turbine, the speed changes to 40r/min. Whole machine is made by SUS304.
